The 4 Ps :

The implementation of ITIL service management is planning and preparing the effective and efficient use of the following four Ps

Ø  People

Ø  Processes

Ø  Products / Technology

Ø  Partners / Suppliers

 

Processes

A structured set of activities designed to accomplish a specific objective. A process takes one or more defined inputs and turns them into outputs.

Processes define actions, sequence and dependencies. Well-defined processes help to improve efficiency and productivity within and across functions and organizations.
