Sometimes you would like to check your SAP GUI release and patch level installed in your desktop/laptop so that it can be upgraded if required with the latest version in the Service Market Place.
Please follow below steps to check the SAP GUI version and patch level:


1) Double click on the SAP GUI shortcut to open the SAP GUI window as below

2)      In the above screen,  click on “About SAP Logon” link to get the SAP GUI version and release information as below

3)      Also, the SAP GUI version details can be downloaded to a notepad by click on “Save Version Information” pushbutton in the above screen
